Welcome to Lalaire. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content, features, tools, and related services. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lalaire, operated by YAMANIKO LLC.
Lalaire is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services to you. These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in this document, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access, browse, use, or purchase from our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, accessing, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Return and Refund Policy, and any other policies made available on our website.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. After your order is accepted, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order has been accepted, processed, or shipped.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, order processing, shipping destination, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an update and, where required by applicable law, provide available options such as waiting for the order, changing the order, or receiving a refund for unshipped items.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for transportation and delivery. Risk of loss may pass to you when the products are delivered to the carrier or to the delivery address, depending on applicable law and the shipping method used.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
We currently offer a 14-day return policy and free approved returns and exchanges, subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Items returned without first requesting and receiving return approval may not be accepted.

Lalaire’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or brand assets of Lalaire, YAMANIKO LLC, its affiliates, or licensors. Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are the property of their respective owners.
8. Optional Tools and Third-Party Features
We may provide access to tools, applications, integrations, or features offered by third parties. We do not monitor, control, or endorse such third-party tools and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, performance, or practices.
Third-party tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
We may offer new features, tools, or resources through the Services in the future. Any such new features will also be subject to these Terms.

10. Relationship with Shopify
Lalaire is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Lalaire.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales or transactions between you and Lalaire, including any injury, damage, loss, claim, or dispute resulting from purchased products or services.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases, transactions, or interactions with Lalaire.
11. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide, protect, and improve the Services.

This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, business interruption, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lalaire, YAMANIKO LLC, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and representatives from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, or fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms or any policy incorporated by reference;
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party;

- Your Feedback or content submitted through the Services;
- Your misuse of any products purchased through the Services.
We may assume control of the defense and settlement of any claim subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us in the defense of such claims.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.
